Da Ba Liu Jiu Scenic Restaurant Introduction
Daba Liujiu (Tamalakau) means "warrior" in the Puyuma language and is located at an elevation of 600 meters in the Daba Liujiu Medicinal Plant Park in Beinan Township, Taitung County. The area covers more than three hectares, including over one hectare dedicated to medicinal plants and wild vegetables that cultivate hundreds of fresh vegetables and herbs. It also features the Daba Liujiu Scenic Restaurant, which offers breathtaking views. The observation platform within the park allows visitors to take in the expansive scenery, from the flowers and green trees at their feet to the plains of Taitung City and the Pacific coast in the distance. The vast vista enables one to quickly relax, as if entering a hidden paradise. By taking a deep breath, visitors can slowly connect their bodies with the earth and find peace of mind. The Daba Liujiu Scenic Restaurant primarily uses homegrown vegetables, allowing guests to pick their own produce and blanch it. They also offer various nourishing soups, such as thunder tea chicken soup and five-element soup, along with bay leaf steamed rice, fruits, and sweet soups. We sincerely welcome everyone to come up the mountain to enjoy clean, natural, healthy, and delicious meals while appreciating the beautiful scenery of Taitung that nourishes both body and mind.
