Da Ba Liu Jiu Scenic Restaurant Introduction
Daba Liujiao (Tamalakau) means "warrior" in the language of the Puyuma people. It is located at an elevation of 600 meters in the Daba Liujiao Medicinal Plant Park in Beinan Township, Taitung County. The park spans over three hectares of mountainous terrain, including more than one hectare dedicated to medicinal plants and wild vegetables, cultivating hundreds of varieties of fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs. The "Daba Liujiao Scenic Restaurant" offers breathtaking views. The observation platform within the park provides a panoramic view, stretching from the flowers and greenery at your feet to the plains of Taitung City and the Pacific coast in the distance. The vast scenery allows visitors to quickly relax, as if in a paradise, taking a deep breath and slowly connecting body and earth to find inner peace. The "Daba Liujiao Scenic Restaurant" focuses on self-grown vegetables, allowing guests to pick their own vegetables and blanch them. It also offers various health-enhancing soups such as medicinal chicken soup, five-element soup, and steamed rice with bay leaves, along with fruits and sweet soups.
