Xiaobinlang Tribe Introduction
The Pinaski tribe in Taitung is located at the northern end of the famous Green Tunnel and is one of the smaller tribes among the Puyuma people. Despite having a small population of around 70 households, the tribe is dedicated to cultural preservation. The tribe has a youth cultural dance group called the Pinaski Youth Cultural Dance Troupe, which is often invited to perform at large events. Under the guidance of teacher Lin Hui-Ying, the troupe's performances go beyond traditional Puyuma music and dance, incorporating different performance techniques such as stage plays and musicals into their traditional presentations.
