Xiaobinlang Village Introduction
The Pinaski tribe is located at the north end of the famous green tunnel in Taitung, and it is a smaller village among the eight settlements of the Puyuma people. Despite having a small population of only about 70 households, the tribe makes significant efforts in cultural preservation. The tribe has a youth cultural dance troupe known as the Pinaski Cultural Dance Troupe, which is often invited to perform at large events. Under the guidance of teacher Lin Hui-ying, their performances go beyond traditional Puyuma dance to incorporate different forms of performance such as stage plays and musical drama, blending these methods into traditional presentations.
