The signature "Handmade Mochi" was selected as one of the Top Ten Travel Souvenirs and Specialty Foods in Taitung County in 2012. Chen's Mochi has inherited the craftsmanship for three generations, faithfully presenting the taste and flavor accumulated over 70 years. From early street sales using bamboo baskets to establishing a brand new storefront, we insist on the belief of quality first, using the finest round glutinous rice from the eastern region. Each day, we make our mochi by hand and sell it fresh, ensuring hygiene without any added preservatives, doubling healthiness and maintaining deliciousness.
