Chen's Mochi Shop Introduction
The restaurant's signature "Handmade Mochi" was selected as one of the Top Ten Travel Souvenirs and Specialty Foods in Taitung County in 2012. Chen's Mochi has been passed down for three generations, faithfully presenting the taste and flavor developed over 70 years. From selling on the streets with bamboo baskets in the early days to establishing a brand new store, we adhere to the belief of prioritizing quality. We select high-quality round glutinous rice from the east, and the mochi is handmade and sold daily, ensuring freshness and hygiene without any preservatives, doubling the health benefits without compromising the taste.
