The Amis Sugar Apple Image Museum is located in Peinan Township, embodying the concept of giving back to the local community. It combines local agricultural and fishery products with tourism, allowing travelers to understand the culture and customs of Taitung while promoting local specialties. It aims to identify representative products, with the sugar apple chosen as the main item; significant resources, manpower, and material investments have been made to develop a unique flavored sugar apple cake, overcoming technical challenges. The establishment of the Amis Sugar Apple Image Museum hopes to disseminate the culture, customs, and culinary heritage of Taitung through its creation.
