Amis Buddha's Hand Fruit and Food Introduction
The Amis Sugar Apple Exhibition Hall is located in Beinan Township. Designed with the concept of giving back to the community, it combines local agricultural and fishery specialties with tourist trains to help visitors understand the cultural landscape of Taitung and promote Taitung's local products beyond the region. Striving to seek representative specialties, the hall has chosen the pineapple sugar apple as its main focus. Significant investments in money, manpower, and resources were made to capture its unique flavors, overcoming technical challenges to develop the sugar apple pastry. The establishment of the Amis Sugar Apple Exhibition Hall aims to spread Taitung's cultural landscape and culinary traditions.
