Farasa Workshop Introduction

The creator, Ma Chiu, belongs to the Katipul Tribe of Zhiben in Taitung and is part of the Puyuma people's "Shisheng" branch. Varasa means "stone" in the Puyuma language. Born of stone and ending with stone, stones became Ma Chiu's anchor for expressing and showcasing his life when he turned forty. After years of searching, he finally found his harbor at this moment, and in such stability, his heart could rest, allowing creativity to run free and dreams to flourish.
