Shan Hai Bicycle Path, also known as Taitung City Circular Bicycle Path, connects three major cycling systems: the old railway, the Forest Park, and the Coastal Highway. The route spans a total length of 21 kilometers, perfectly encircling Taitung City. By bus: The Visitor Service Center, located next to the bicycle path's starting point, serves as the Taitung City Bus Transfer Station.
