Yinghui Original Art Workshop Introduction
During her childhood at school, Ms. Luo Ying-Hui was inspired by the older students weaving, which sparked her immense interest in tribal crafts. She secretly vowed to carve out a path of her own in weaving skills in the future. Being frugal, she diligently practiced with leftover fabric scraps collected from her seniors. After graduating from elementary school, she continued to improve her skills at a garment factory. After 15 years of hard work, she finally established the Ying-Hui Original Art Workshop. Not only has she earned a great reputation in her hometown, but she also frequently participates in exhibitions in Taipei. Driven by the desire to inherit and share this craft, she now leads the mothers and grandmothers in her tribe to sew garments and accessories rich in indigenous styles, satisfying the needs of her community and captivating many urbanites who adore indigenous styles. Through Ms. Luo's leadership, she injects contemporary elements into all her works, revitalizing indigenous crafts and preserving the tribe's most beautiful traditions.
