Yinghui Arts and Crafts Workshop Introduction
Since childhood, Ms. Luo Ying-hui has been greatly interested in tribal crafts, influenced by seeing her seniors weaving at school, and secretly vowed to carve out her own path through the art of weaving. Frugally, she picked up leftover fabric scraps from her seniors to practice diligently; after graduating from elementary school, she went to a garment factory to hone her skills. After 15 years of hard work, she finally established the Yinghui Original Art Workshop. In addition to building a good reputation in her hometown, she often participates in exhibitions in Taipei. Driven by the idea of inheritance and sharing, she now leads the mothers in the tribe, stitching clothing and accessories that are deeply infused with indigenous style. This not only meets the needs of her people but also captivates many urbanites who love indigenous fashion. Through Ms. Luo's leadership, contemporary popular elements are infused into all of her works, giving indigenous crafts new vitality while preserving the most beautiful traditions of the tribe.
