Cherry Valley Boutique Introduction
Opened in 1999, Paiwan designer Luo Zhijuan was influenced by traditional culture and developed a strong interest in fashion design from a young age. She is dedicated to improving Paiwan crafts and creations, with the aim of letting more people appreciate the beauty of Paiwan culture. Focusing on traditional Paiwan designs while integrating modern popular elements, she spares no effort in refining traditional Paiwan-related products. Currently, she is collaborating with the government on a project that combines the unique jade fiber material from eastern Taiwan with traditional threads to enhance clothing. She has developed a proprietary jade fiber blending technique, with the blended threads being applied to Paiwan cross-stitch products. This not only improves the texture of traditional clothing but also significantly enhances the intricacy of the embroidered totems, making innovative design products a model for the advancement of Taiwanese indigenous products.
