Founded in 1999, Paiwan designer Luo Zhijuan has developed a strong interest in improving Paiwan crafts and creations under the influence of traditional culture and her interest in fashion design since childhood. To let more people appreciate the beauty of the Paiwan tribe, she takes traditional Paiwan designs as the main theme, combining them with modern trendy elements to diligently improve traditional Paiwan-related products. Currently, she is collaborating with government projects to creatively modify clothing using Taiwan's East Coast's unique jade fiber material combined with traditional threads, and has developed a specialized blending technology for jade fiber. The blended threads are applied to Paiwan cross-stitch products, improving not only the texture of traditional clothing but significantly enhancing the delicacy of the embroidered totems, making the innovative design products a model for enhancing Taiwan's indigenous products.
