"Bi Ya" is a transliteration of the Paiwan name of the shop owner, Lih Hsing Ling. In 1999, he opened "Bi Ya's Grass Hut" on the essential road from Taimali to Jinzhenshan. It is an indigenous studio of the Paiwan people, and along with his mother's adjacent "Aunt Chen's Studio," it has become a charming stop that attracts the attention of tourists on the way to Jinzhenshan.
