Ivy Vegetarian truly emphasizes healthy dining, completely free of MSG, using organic fruits and vegetables, as well as high-quality edible oils like olive oil. With sixteen years of experience, they have developed a variety of delicious vegetarian dishes that utilize natural ingredients and low-temperature cooking methods. They offer a European-style buffet with unlimited servings, allowing diners to enjoy their meals with peace of mind and happiness. The restaurant has 120 seats on the first floor and 80 seats on the second floor, making it suitable for banquets, gatherings, and everyday dining. Lunch hours are from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and dinner hours are from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The restaurant is closed on the second and fourth Monday of each month. The cost for the European-style buffet is NT$180 per person, with discounts for children and those purchasing meal vouchers. Take-out buffet bento boxes are priced based on quality and quantity. For banquets, the cost ranges from NT$4000 to NT$5000 per table. Delivery for banquet-style meals is NT$2000 for basic tables and NT$3000 to NT$5000 for banquet tables. Buffet items are priced by the plate, and bento boxes range from NT$60 to NT$100. There is one level B chef and four level C chefs on staff.
