Ivy Vegetarian is truly focused on healthy dining, with no MSG used at all. It utilizes organic fruits and vegetables, high-quality oils such as olive oil, and has over sixteen years of experience developing a variety of delicious vegetarian dishes made from natural ingredients and cooked at low temperatures. The restaurant offers a European-style buffet with unlimited servings, allowing patrons to eat with peace of mind and joy. There are 120 seats on the first floor and 80 seats on the second floor, suitable for banquets, gatherings, and daily meals. Lunch is served from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and dinner from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The restaurant is closed on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. Inside, the European-style buffet is priced at NT$180 per person, with discounts available for children and those purchasing meal vouchers. Takeout bento boxes are priced by quality and quantity. Banquet meals range from NT$4,000 to NT$5,000 per table. Delivery for banquet (catering) meals is NT$2,000 for regular tables and NT$3,000 to NT$5,000 for banquet tables. Buffet items are priced per plate, while bento boxes are priced between NT$60 and NT$100. There is one level B chef and four level C chefs.
