Fu Chien Food Workshop Introduction
"Fu Qian Food Square" was founded in 2009 with a dedication to gastronomy. Our aim is to create dishes that differ from traditional Chinese breakfast flavors, emphasizing low oil and low salt. After experiencing various challenges, we were fortunate to have Master Xu Jinsheng from the famous "Shanghai Lao Da Fang" in Hualien join us, leading to the innovative development of the more than ten breakfast items you see today. Our belief is that eating is a conscientious business; therefore, we spare no expense in using only the highest quality ingredients to present the best flavors to our customers, which is the mission of our restaurant. We also take pride in passing on our knowledge to new staff, ensuring that our mission can continue to flourish. Due to our commitment, we received the "No Plastic Toxin Certification" from the Hualien County Government on June 16, 2011, and in September 2011, we passed the GHP hygiene evaluation conducted by the Hualien County Government and received certification. Delicious, hygienic, and safe food is the philosophy behind our sustainable business model.
