Fu Qian Food Square Introduction
"Fu Qian Shi Fang" was established in 2009 with a dedication to the culinary arts. Our aim was to create flavors that differ from traditional Chinese breakfast, emphasizing low oil and low salt. Over the years, we have encountered many challenges, but were fortunate to have Master Xu Jinsheng from the renowned Hualien establishment "Shanghai Lao Da Fang" join us. His innovation has led to the development of the numerous breakfast items you see today. We believe eating is a conscientious endeavor, which is why we spare no expense in sourcing the highest quality ingredients to present the best flavors to our customers—this is our mission. We are also committed to passing on our knowledge to new staff, ensuring our principles are carried forward. Due to our persistence, we received the "No Plastic Toxins Certification" from the Hualien County government on June 16, 2011, and in September 2011, we passed the 'GHP Sanitation Assessment' by the Hualien County government and received certification. Delicious, sanitary, and safe—this embodies our philosophy for sustainable operation.
