Fu-Chien Food Court Introduction
"Fu Qian Food Workshop" was founded in 2009 with a dedication to the art of dining. The goal was to create a flavor different from traditional Chinese breakfast dishes, emphasizing low oil and low salt. Through ups and downs along the way, we later had the fortune of having Master Xu Jinsheng from the well-established "Shanghai Old House" in Hualien join us, leading to the innovative development of the numerous breakfast items you see today. Eating is a conscientious enterprise for us, so we spare no expense in choosing the finest ingredients to create dishes, aiming to present the best flavors to our customers, which is the principle of our establishment. We are also generous in passing on our knowledge to new staff, ensuring that our mission can be well-represented. Due to our persistence, we received the "No Plastic Toxin Certification" issued by the Hualien County Government on June 16, 2011, and in September 2011, we passed the "GHP Sanitation Evaluation" from the Hualien County Government, receiving a certification. Our philosophy is to provide delicious, hygienic, and safe food, which is the foundation of our sustainable operation.
