Fu-Chien Food Court Introduction

"Fu Qian Shifang" was established in 2009, driven by a passion for cuisine. It aims to create flavors that differ from traditional Chinese breakfasts, emphasizing low oil and low salt. The journey has had its challenges, but we were fortunate to have Chef Xu Jinsheng from Hualien's renowned "Shanghai Lao Dafang" join us, leading to the innovative development of the breakfast items you see today. We believe that eating is a conscientious business, so we spare no expense in sourcing the highest quality ingredients to present the best flavors to our customers, which is our mission. We also make it a priority to pass on our knowledge to new staff members to ensure our principles are upheld and flourished. Due to our persistence, we received the "No Plastic Toxin Certification" from the Hualien County Government on June 16, 2011, and passed the "GHP Hygiene Evaluation" in September 2011. Delicious, hygienic, and safe to eat—that is the philosophy of our sustainable operations.
