Fu-Qian Food Court Introduction

"Fuqian Shifang" was established in 2009, driven by a passion for gastronomy. We aimed to create a breakfast experience that differs from traditional Chinese offerings, emphasizing low oil and low salt. Our journey has been filled with challenges, but we were fortunate to have Master Xu Jinsheng from the renowned Hualien establishment "Shanghai Lao Dafang" join us, leading to the innovative development of the diverse breakfast selections you see today. We believe that eating is a business of conscience; therefore, we spare no expense on ingredients, using only the highest quality raw materials to present the best flavors to our customers—this is our mission. We are also committed to passing on our knowledge to new staff, ensuring our principles continue to thrive. Because of our dedication, on June 16, 2011, we received the "No Plastic Toxic Certification" from the Hualien County Government, followed by passing the "GHP Hygiene Evaluation" in September 2011, earning a certification. Delicious food, hygienic preparation, and peace of mind—these are the principles of our sustainable operation.
