"FuQian Restaurant" was founded in 2009 with a commitment to culinary excellence. It aims to offer a unique flavor that differs from traditional Chinese breakfast, emphasizing low oil and low salt. This journey has had its challenges, but with the unexpected addition of Master Xu Jingsheng from the well-known Hualien establishment "Shanghai Old Master," we innovatively developed the variety of breakfast items you see today. Our philosophy is that eating is a conscientious endeavor, so we spare no expense in sourcing the highest quality ingredients to present the best flavors to our customers, which is the core mission of our restaurant. We also ensure that the knowledge is passed on to new staff, allowing our principles to flourish. Due to our commitment, we received the "Plastic-Free Certification" from the Hualien County Government on June 16, 2011, and in September 2011, we passed the "GHP Hygiene Evaluation" conducted by the Hualien County Government and received certification. Delicious, hygienic, and safe meals—that is the sustainable philosophy of our restaurant.
