Fu-Chien Food Square Introduction
"Fu Qian Shi Fang" was established in 2009 with a dedication to the culinary arts. It aims to create flavors different from traditional Chinese breakfasts, emphasizing low oil and low salt. The journey has been filled with challenges, but we were fortunate to have Chef Xu Jinsheng from the renowned Hualien establishment "Shanghai Lao Da Fang" join us, leading to the innovative development of the various breakfast dishes you see today. Our belief is that eating is a conscientious business, so we spare no expense in using the highest quality ingredients to present the best flavors to our guests, which is the philosophy of our establishment. We are also committed to passing on our knowledge to new staff members to promote our mission. Due to our persistence, we received the "Plastic-Free Certification" from the Hualien County Government on June 16, 2011, and in September 2011, we passed the "GHP Hygiene Evaluation" conducted by the Hualien County Government and were awarded a certificate. Delicious, hygienic, and safe meals are the core principles of our sustainable operation.
