Tong Yan Food House Introduction
Tong Yuan Eatery is located on Zhongmei Road in Hualien City. The name "Tong Yuan" comes from the names of the owner’s two beloved daughters. The interior decoration is entirely designed and constructed by the owner himself, using eco-friendly materials, brick by brick and tile by tile. What he wants to convey is a philosophy and attitude toward life, not only responding to energy conservation and carbon reduction but also striving to realize and build his own dreams. The menu offers items such as pasta, baked dishes, sizzling platters, as well as Japanese rice bowls and set meals, presented in a套餐形式. The chef has over 20 years of culinary experience, blending Taiwanese flavors into Italian, sizzling, and Japanese cuisine, resulting in unique and special flavors.
