Tong Yuan Restaurant Introduction
Tong Yuan Dining House is located on Zhongmei Road in Hualien City. The name "Tong Yuan" comes from the names of the owner’s two precious daughters. The interior decoration is designed entirely by the owner himself, using eco-friendly materials and constructed brick by brick. The concept he wishes to convey is a philosophy and lifestyle that not only responds to energy saving and carbon reduction but also represents his efforts to realize and build his own dreams. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes including pasta, baked dishes, teppanyaki, as well as Japanese rice bowls and set meals, served in a combo format. The chef has over 20 years of dining experience, uniquely blending Taiwanese flavors with Italian, teppanyaki, and Japanese cuisine.
