Tong Yuan Food House Introduction
Tongyuan Restaurant is located on Zhongmei Road in Hualien City. The name "Tongyuan" comes from the names of the owner's two precious daughters. The interior decor is entirely designed and built by the owner himself, utilizing eco-friendly materials, with each brick and tile meticulously laid. The message he aims to convey is a philosophy and lifestyle that not only responds to energy conservation and carbon reduction but also strives to realize and create his own dreams. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes including pasta, baked dishes, teppanyaki, as well as Japanese rice and set meals, all served as set menus. The chef has over 20 years of culinary experience, blending Taiwanese flavors into Italian, teppanyaki, and Japanese cuisine, resulting in a unique and special taste.
