Tong Yuan Restaurant Introduction
Tong Yuan Restaurant is located on Zhongmei Road in Hualien City. The name "Tong Yuan" comes from the names of the owner's two beloved daughters. The interior design of the restaurant was entirely created by the owner using environmentally friendly materials, built brick by brick and tile by tile. What he aims to convey is a philosophy and lifestyle that not only responds to energy conservation and carbon reduction but also strives to realize and create his own dreams. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes including pasta, baked dishes, teppanyaki, as well as Japanese curry rice and set meals, all served as套餐. The chef has over 20 years of culinary experience, blending Taiwanese flavors into Italian, teppanyaki, and Japanese cuisine, creating unique and special tastes.
