Tong Yan Eatery Introduction
Tong Yuan Bistro is located on Zhongmei Road in Hualien City. The name "Tong Yuan" comes from the names of the owner's two beloved daughters. The interior decoration is entirely designed by the owner himself, utilizing eco-friendly materials, meticulously built one brick and tile at a time. What he wants to convey is a philosophy and lifestyle that not only responds to energy conservation and carbon reduction but also strives to realize and create his own dreams. The bistro offers a variety of dishes, including pasta, baked dishes, teppanyaki, and Japanese donburi and set meals, served in a combo format. The chef has over 20 years of culinary experience, incorporating Taiwanese flavors into Italian, teppanyaki, and Japanese cuisine, resulting in unique and special flavors.
