Tongyuan Food House Introduction
Tong Yuan Food House is located on Zhongmei Road in Hualien City. The name "Tong Yuan" comes from the names of the owner's two beloved daughters. The interior decoration was designed entirely by the owner himself, using environmentally friendly materials and constructed brick by brick. His goal is to convey a concept and lifestyle that not only responds to energy conservation and carbon reduction but also strives to realize and create his own dream. The restaurant offers items such as pasta, baked dishes, teppanyaki series, and Japanese curry rice and set meals, all served as sets. The chef has over 20 years of culinary experience and incorporates Taiwanese flavors into Italian, teppanyaki, and Japanese cuisine, resulting in unique and special flavors.
