Initially, it was simply a desire to express my love for my two daughters through our products, so I took a character from each of their names to create "Bai Ai." With a Chinese name in place, my desire for an English name as an English teacher led me to search for a prefix that sounded similar to "Bai" and carried meaningful significance. The definition of "Bio" in English refers to being connected with living things or human life, which aligns perfectly with our original belief—to connect with the vibrant nature and genuinely provide true ingredients and authentic experiences. "Bio" allows us to share our thoughts and love for nature with a community of like-minded individuals, spreading love among each other.
