At first, it was simply a desire to express the same love for my two daughters in our products, so I took one character from each of their names to create "Bai Ai." Once we had a Chinese name, my desire as an English teacher pushed me to search for an English prefix that phonetically resembles "Bai" and carries meaning. "Bio" in English means connected with living things or human life, which aligns perfectly with our original belief—to connect with the vibrant essence of nature and sincerely provide genuine ingredients and the authentic taste of emotion. "Bio" enables us to share our thoughts through words with a community of nature enthusiasts, spreading the love we have for one another.
