It initially started with a simple desire to express the love for my two daughters through our products, so I took one character from each of their names and created "Bai Ai." After having a Chinese name, as an English teacher, I wasn't satisfied and looked for an English prefix that sounded similar to "Bai" and held meaning. "Bio," as defined in English, means connected with living things or human life, which aligns perfectly with our original belief—to connect with the vibrant nature and sincerely provide genuine ingredients and authentic experiences. "Bio" allows us to share our thoughts through words and connect with fellow nature lovers, spreading our shared love.
