Initially, it was simply a desire to express the same love I have for my two daughters in the products, so I took a character from each of their names, leading to "Bai Ai." After coming up with the Chinese name, my natural curiosity as an English teacher drove me to find an English prefix that not only sounds similar to "Bai" but also holds significance. "Bio" in English is defined as connected with living things or human life, which aligns perfectly with our original belief—to connect with the vibrant nature and sincerely provide authentic ingredients and genuine emotions. "Bio" allows us to convey our ideas through words and share the love among a community of nature enthusiasts, spreading that love further.
