Initially, it was simply a desire to put the love for my two daughters into the products, so I took one character from each of their names to create "Bai Ai." After having the Chinese name, as an English teacher, I was not satisfied and sought an English prefix that sounded similar to "Bai" and had meaning. "Bio" is defined in English as connected with living things or human life, which aligns perfectly with our original belief—to connect with the vibrant nature and sincerely provide genuine ingredients and authentic emotions. "Bio" allows us to share our thoughts through words with a group of like-minded nature lovers, spreading the love among each other.
