A Bowl of Small is designed to offer exquisite and flavorful dishes as snacks to satisfy about 70% of your hunger. However, a large bowl has now been introduced for those with bigger appetites. The owner's philosophy is rooted in the belief that good ingredients are a must, and simple cooking methods can highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients. The restaurant features a special baked bread called "momo," which, despite not undergoing a fermentation process and being somewhat hard, is very fragrant and pairs perfectly with the soups offered. The momo is broken into small pieces and added to the soup and toppings, known as "paomo." It is soaked in a unique broth with four different flavors, including beef and lamb, providing an exceptional taste and texture.
