A Bowl of Small was named with the intention of providing exquisite and delicious food that can serve as a light snack, about seven-tenths full. However, a larger bowl is now available for those with bigger appetites to enjoy a fully satisfying meal. The owner’s philosophy is based on using high-quality ingredients that, when simply cooked, can highlight their natural flavors. The restaurant features a special baked bread called "Mobo," which is not fermented, making it hard yet very fragrant. It pairs excellently with the soups served in the restaurant. Breaking the Mobo into small pieces and adding it to the broth and toppings is known as "Paomo," which can be soaked in one of four flavorful broths made with beef or lamb, offering a unique taste and an exceptional texture.
