The restaurant features a special baked flatbread called "Mobo," which is not fermented. Although it is hard, it is very fragrant and pairs excellently with the soups served in the restaurant. Breaking the Mobo into small pieces and adding it to the soup and toppings is known as "Paomobo," which is soaked in four types of broth, including beef and lamb, creating a unique flavor and an exceptional texture.
