Technology Museum Introduction

The Science and Technology Living Pavilion serves as a transit station for commuting to and from the Science Park. All public transport connections from the south to the north converge at this pavilion. Anyone interested in understanding the Science Park should start at the Living Pavilion. Located on the fourth floor is the Exhibition Hall of Six Major Industries, which is a miniature representation of the industries in the Science Park. The exhibition hall presents the history and development of the Science Park, showcasing the six high-tech industries that have helped Hsinchu evolve into Taiwan's Silicon Valley: integrated circuits, computers and peripherals, communications, optoelectronics, precision machinery, and biotechnology. Visitors can gain insights into each of these industries at the Science and Technology Pavilion. The exhibition hall is generally not open to the public; however, visitors can make reservations in advance to explore it, and interested individuals are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
