Looking back, after finishing work on the opposite shore, I sought refuge at my mother-in-law's house in Hsinchu City, Xiangshan. Eating the braised snacks made by my mother-in-law rekindled my interest in making braised dishes. I realized that in order to innovate in traditional markets, it is essential to manage hygiene, flavor, quality, and branding to create a good reputation. Now, our braised dishes have made a name for themselves. To honor my mother-in-law for imparting her secret recipes and to help promote tourism in Xiangshan, I combined cultural and creative elements to create the brand "Xiangshan A-Mu's Private Braised Dishes." Our signature tea-flavored duck wings are made from high-quality locally sourced duck wings, paired with fresh chili and selected Taiwanese Oolong tea.
