People say memories are the most beautiful, but my memories are the most unforgettable! Looking back, after finishing my work on the other side, I sought refuge at my mother-in-law's home in Xiangshan, Hsinchu City. Eating the braised dishes made by her hand sparked my interest in making braised food, and I realized that innovation in traditional markets must focus on hygiene, flavor, quality, and branding to build a good reputation. Today, our braised dishes have successfully made a name for themselves. To show my gratitude to my mother-in-law for teaching her secret recipes and to support the tourism industry in Xiangshan, I created the brand "Xiangshan Amu's Private Braised Dishes" combining cultural and creative elements. I hope more people can taste this innovative tea-scented delicacy, and those who have tried Xiangshan Amu's Private Braised Dishes can experience the innovative "heart" behind this dish. Our signature tea-scented duck wings are made from high-quality local duck wings, paired with fresh chili and selected Taiwanese oolong tea, allowing the braising sauce to fully infuse the meat with flavor through slow cooking.
