Looking back, after finishing my work across the strait, I sought refuge at my mother-in-law's home in Xiangshan, Hsinchu City. Enjoying the braised snacks made by my mother-in-law sparked my interest in making them myself. I realized that for traditional markets to innovate, they must focus on hygiene, taste, quality, branding, and other management strategies to build a solid reputation. Today, my braised snacks have gained fame, and in appreciation of my mother-in-law for passing down her secret recipes, I also aim to promote tourism in Xiangshan. Thus, I created the brand "Xiangshan A-Mu's Secret Braised Snacks," blending cultural creativity with culinary art. I hope to introduce this innovative tea-infused delicacy to more people.
