They say memories are the most beautiful, but my memories are the most deeply etched! Looking back to those days, after finishing work on the other side, I sought refuge at my mother-in-law's home in Xiangshan, Hsinchu City. Eating the braised dishes made by my mother-in-law sparked my interest in making braised dishes. I realized that in order to innovate within traditional markets, one must manage hygiene, taste, quality, branding, and other aspects to build a good reputation. Now, the braised dishes have successfully made a name for themselves. In gratitude to my mother-in-law for passing on her secret recipes and to help promote tourism in Xiangshan, I combined cultural and creative concepts to establish the brand "Xiangshan Amu's Private Braised Dishes." I hope more people can enjoy these innovative tea-flavored delicacies, and those who have tasted Xiangshan Amu's Private Braised Dishes can also experience the innovative "heart" of braised food. The signature tea-flavored duck wings use high-quality local duck wings, paired with fresh chili, and selected Taiwan oolong tea.
