Zen Hong Kong Style Cuisine Introduction
We have been in Hsinchu for thirty years, created by a group of Hong Kong professional Cantonese chefs and dim sum masters. Our restaurant has been recommended by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications as one of the top ten specialty restaurants in Taiwan, and it stands out as the premier Cantonese restaurant in northern Taiwan. Our signature cured meat rice is praised by locals in the Hsinchu-Miaoli region. Homemade Hong Kong-style sausages and cured meats are complemented with our unique sauce, and when mixed together, the fragrant rice is simply irresistible.
