Zen Hong Kong-style Cuisine Introduction
We have been in Hsinchu for thirty years, creating a culinary restaurant together with a group of Hong Kong professional Cantonese chefs and dim sum masters. We have also been recommended by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications as one of the top ten featured restaurants in Taiwan, and we are one of the leading Cantonese restaurants in northern Taiwan. Our signature preserved meat rice is highly praised by the locals in the Hsinchu and Miaoli area. The homemade Hong Kong-style sausages and preserved meats are paired with a unique sauce, and when mixed together, the fragrant rice is a delight. It has been highly recommended by TVBS, Sanlih and Feifan Radio as the "treasure of the restaurant." When in Hsinchu, you must visit Zhenxiang; and when at Zhenxiang, you must try the preserved meat rice.
