Charmed Hong Kong Style Cuisine Introduction
We have been in Hsinchu for thirty years, created by a group of Hong Kong professional Cantonese chefs and dim sum masters. Our restaurant is recommended by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications as one of the top ten featured restaurants in Taiwan, and is regarded as the premier Cantonese restaurant in northern Taiwan. Our signature cured meat rice is highly praised by locals in the Hsinchu and Miaoli areas. The homemade Hong Kong-style sausages and cured meats, paired with our unique sauce, create fragrant rice that is a must-try. It has been highly recommended by TVBS, Sanlih E-Television, and Feifan Radio as the "treasure of the restaurant." When you come to Hsinchu, you must visit Zhenxiang; and when you are at Zhenxiang, you must try the cured meat rice.
