Chuan Hong Kong Style Cuisine Introduction
We have been in Hsinchu for thirty years, created by a group of Hong Kong professional Cantonese chefs and dim sum masters. Our restaurant has been recommended by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications as one of the top ten特色餐廳in Taiwan, and it is the premier Hong Kong-style restaurant in northern Taiwan. The signature cured meat rice is praised by locals in the Hsinchu-Miaoli area. Our homemade Hong Kong-style sausage and cured meat are paired with a special sauce, and when mixed together, each grain of rice is fragrant and flavorful. It is highly recommended as the "treasure of the store" by TVBS, Sanli, and Feifan Radio. When in Hsinchu, you must visit Zhenxiang; when at Zhenxiang, you must try the cured meat rice.
