Zhen Hong Kong Style Cuisine Introduction
We have been in Hsinchu for thirty years, established by a group of Hong Kong professional Cantonese chefs and dim sum masters. Our restaurant has been recommended by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation as one of the top ten distinctive restaurants in Taiwan and is considered the premier Cantonese restaurant in Northern Taiwan. Our signature cured meat rice is highly praised by the locals in the Hsinchu and Miaoli area. The homemade Hong Kong-style sausage and cured meat are paired with our unique sauce, and when mixed, the fragrant rice bursts with aroma. It is highly regarded as the "treasure of the restaurant" by TVBS, Sanlih Entertainment, and Feifan Radio. When in Hsinchu, you must visit Zhenxiang; and when at Zhenxiang, you must try the cured meat rice.
