At Chúnqíng Zhuānmàisù, we "only sell the pure." Located near the central fountain in Chiayi City, Chúnqíng Zhuānmàisù sells fresh egg cakes made with natural ingredients such as fresh eggs, flour, sugar, and pure milk from the afternoon. We insist on not using premixed flour or margarine, hoping to return to the honest and sincere spirit of Taiwanese people through this popular food. Our loyal customers range from 1 to 99 years old, and people of all ages enjoy the soft sweetness of Chúnqíng egg cakes, which remain soft even when cooled and are easy to digest. There is a 93-year-old grandpa who often comes in the afternoon to buy egg cakes, which are made fresh on order, requiring a wait of 15 to 20 minutes; sometimes, he falls asleep on his motorcycle, and the staff has to wake him up, which is quite adorable. The Chúnqíng team proudly considers itself an ambassador for Chiayi's culinary culture, establishing the "Chúnqíng Lǐzhǎngbó" column to explore local culinary integrations with Chúnqíng egg cakes, such as the 70-year-old Zhenwei Zhen Meat Floss, the old brand Wu's Pickles from Dong Market, and Chiayi Long Master’s Golden Kimchi. We are also actively engaged in social welfare, such as collaborating with the Eden Social Welfare Foundation to launch "Slow Flying Angels Boost" egg cakes for fundraising for early intervention children, exemplifying the Taiwanese spirit of "pure love."
