Saint Paul is the original shop of Chiayi’s famous Q cakes, incorporating local delicious ingredients. The fillings are carefully selected from Chiayi Alishan black pork jerky, Beigang red clay salted duck egg yolks from Yunlin, and Wandan red bean paste from Pingtung, along with specially made soft and chewy mochi using Xiluo rice, all paired with golden flaky pastry, creating a double-layered chewy texture that is rich in salty-sweet layers and unique flavors. The product packaging incorporates Chiayi motifs such as KANO, the central fountain, Chiayi Train Station, and the Sun Shooting Tower, making it a perfect gift that represents the deliciousness of Chiayi.
