By combining traditional techniques with modern equipment, it is the only happiness brand in the Yunlin-Chiayi-Tainan region to be certified with ISO 22000 and HACCP food safety standards. Saint Paul is the original shop of the famous Q Cake in Chiayi, using local delicious ingredients. The filling includes carefully selected dried black pork from Alishan in Chiayi, salted duck egg yolks from Beigang in Yunlin, and red bean paste from Wandan in Pingtung, combined with soft and chewy mochi made from specially processed Xiluo rice. This is paired with a golden flaky pastry to create a delightful double-layer chewy texture, rich in salty and sweet layers with a unique flavor. The product packaging features iconic symbols of Chiayi, such as KANO, the Central Fountain, Chiayi Railway Station, and the Sun Shooting Tower, making it a perfect gift that represents the deliciousness of Chiayi.
