The owner, who hails from Chiayi and has years of experience in the food industry, has decided to open a brunch shop in the increasingly popular Chiayi City, capitalizing on the growing leisure industry. By chance, they found this house and upon renting it realized that this old building had gone through several tenants. While cleaning and renovating, they stumbled upon the "Taiwan Times" sign on the ground floor and decided to keep it to create a nostalgic atmosphere for the restaurant. Oasis mainly offers quality platter-style brunches, and the "Miso Grilled Chicken Thigh" is highly recommended, with an impressive two chicken thighs per serving, providing a rich and nutritious meal. The food is served in such large portions that the price seems very reasonable. Don’t miss out on the 100% homemade pudding, whose smooth and delicate texture comes from the addition of a secret high-cost ingredient, showcasing their sincerity.
