Oasis Brunch Introduction
We are not a newspaper; we are a newly opened brunch spot. If you haven't done your homework beforehand and you arrive at the front of Oasis Brunch using satellite navigation, you might question life when you see "Taiwan Times." What’s up with the "Chiayi County Medical Supplies Supply Cooperative" on the wall? The owner, who hails from Chiayi and has years of experience in the food and beverage industry, recognized the thriving leisure industry and decided to open a relaxing brunch place in the increasingly popular Chiayi City. By chance, they found this building and rented it, only to discover that the old house had been rented out several times before. During the renovation and cleanup, they came across the "Taiwan Times" sign on the ground floor and decided to keep it to create a nostalgic atmosphere for the restaurant. Oasis mainly offers high-quality platter-style brunches. The "Miso Grilled Chicken Thigh" is highly recommended, as one order comes with two chicken thighs, featuring a rich variety of flavors that are nutritious and delicious. The generous portion feels like the food might burst from the plate, making the prices seem even more reasonable. Don’t miss the 100% homemade pudding; its velvety and delicate texture comes from a secret, higher-cost ingredient, showcasing sincere effort.
