We are not a news agency; we are a newly opened brunch cafe. What is the "Chiayi County Medical Supplies Supply Cooperative" doing on the wall? The owner, who comes from Chiayi and has many years of experience in the food and beverage industry, saw the potential in the leisure industry and decided to open a brunch cafe in the increasingly popular Chiayi City, where people can relax and enjoy. Serendipitously finding this old building, they rented it and later discovered that it had changed hands several times. During the renovation, they unexpectedly found the "Taiwan Times" sign at the lower level and decided to keep it to create a nostalgic atmosphere for the cafe. Oasis primarily offers quality platter-style brunches, and the "Miso Grilled Chicken Thigh" comes highly recommended, with a serving that includes two chicken thighs. The dishes are rich, nutritious, and delicious. The portions are so generous that they seem ready to spill off the plate, making the prices seem even more reasonable.
