Oasis Brunch Introduction
We are not a newspaper; we are a newly opened brunch spot. If you haven't done your homework beforehand and follow the GPS to Oasis Brunch, you might find yourself questioning life when you see the sign for "Taiwan Times." And what about the "Chiayi County Medical Supplies Cooperative" on the wall? The owner, who hails from Chiayi and has years of experience in the food service industry, recognized the booming leisure industry and decided to open a brunch restaurant in the increasingly popular Chiayi City, where people can enjoy a leisurely experience. By chance, they found this building and upon renting it, discovered that this old house had changed hands several times. During the cleaning and restoration, they were surprised to find the "Taiwan Times" sign from the lower level and decided to keep it, adding a nostalgic touch to the decor. Oasis primarily offers a quality selection of platter-style brunch, with the "Miso Grilled Chicken Legs" highly recommended, featuring not one but two chicken legs per serving, along with a variety of rich and nutritious dishes. The generous portion sizes make the prices seem even more reasonable. Don't miss the 100% homemade pudding; its smooth and delicate texture comes from a rather costly secret ingredient, reflecting the owner's sincerity.
