He Master Roll Heart Crisp is developed and produced by a Taiwanese wafer company established in 1967, originally working on the development and manufacturing of cookie production machines for Chih Men Food Company. Later, it transitioned to producing roll heart crisps, inspired by the owner’s experience of unintentionally tasting custard roll heart crisps while on a honeymoon abroad.
