Min Hua Vegetarian Introduction
The owners initially sold vegetarian food at a stall in front of the Xian Se Gong Plaza. The current dining environment in the restaurant is clean and comfortable, offering a wide variety of hot vegetarian dishes. Their signature innovative dishes include red braised noodles, red braised rice vermicelli, and red braised mung bean vermicelli, which have excellent flavors and boast appealing colors and aromas (the broth is slightly sweet), making them very flavorful and mouthwatering. The most popular red braised noodles feature fresh and flavorful white radish, red beet, vegetarian lamb, and vegetarian meat chunks that leave a lasting taste. The vegetarian dumplings are filled with finely chopped cabbage, along with ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and Chinese toon, making them crunchy and delicious. The restaurant also makes a special chili sauce that is highly recommended.
