Min Hua Vegetarian Introduction
The owners first sold vegetarian food at a stall in front of the Xianshe Temple Square. The current dining environment is clean and comfortable, offering a wide variety of vegetarian hot dishes. Their signature innovative dishes include braised noodles, braised rice vermicelli, and braised mung bean noodles, all of which have excellent flavors and appealing presentation (the broth is slightly sweet) and are very flavorful, with a rich variety of dishes that are mouth-watering. The most popular braised noodles feature fresh and flavorful ingredients such as white radish, beet, vegetarian lamb, and vegetarian meat chunks that leave a lasting taste. The vegetarian dumplings are filled with finely hand-chopped cabbage, along with shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and Chinese toon, making them crispy and delicious. The restaurant also makes a special spicy chili sauce that is highly recommended. Recommended dishes include braised noodles, braised rice vermicelli, braised mung bean noodles, special dumpling noodles, Angelica noodles, and curry noodles.
