Minhua Vegetarian Introduction
The couple behind the restaurant originally sold vegetarian meals at a stall in front of the Xianshiguang Temple Square. The current dining environment is clean and comfortable, offering a wide variety of hot vegetarian dishes. Their signature innovative dishes include Braised Noodles, Braised Rice Vermicelli, and Braised Sweet Potato Noodles, all of which have great flavors, appealing colors, and aromas (the broth tends to be on the sweeter side), making them quite distinctive and mouthwatering. The most popular Braised Noodles feature fresh ingredients like white radish, beetroot, vegetarian lamb, and vegetarian meat chunks, resulting in a rich and lingering taste. The vegetarian dumplings are filled with finely chopped cabbage, along with mushrooms, carrots, and Chinese toon, making them crunchy and delicious. The restaurant also makes its own special chili sauce, which is a must-try.
