The owners originally sold vegetarian food from a stall in front of the Xianse Temple Square. The current dining environment is clean and comfortable, offering a variety of vegetarian hot dishes. Their signature innovative dishes include braised noodles, braised rice vermicelli, and braised sweet potato noodles, all of which are delicious and visually appealing (the broth is slightly sweet), packed with flavor and ample dishes that are mouthwatering. The most popular braised noodles feature fresh and flavorful ingredients like white radish, red beet, vegetarian lamb, and vegetarian meat chunks that leave a lingering taste. The vegetarian dumplings are made with finely hand-cut cabbage, combined with fillings like mushrooms, carrots, and Xiangchun, making them crunchy and tasty. The restaurant also makes its own special chili sauce that is worth trying.
