Yang Mama Traditional Flavor Introduction
Next to the Xianshi Temple, "Yang Mama Traditional Snacks" is a small eatery co-owned by a woman named Yang Wufurong and her son-in-law. Yang Mama originally set up three umbrellas next to the Xianshi Temple to sell braised pork rice, stinky tofu, and large intestine oyster vermicelli. Due to its authentic flavors, it attracted many loyal customers. Later, they purchased a storefront next to the Xianshi Temple to expand their business. The braised pork sauce, carefully simmered by Yang Mama, has a traditional taste. Many connoisseurs come here to order a bowl of braised pork rice because the fragrant and tender pork paired with the sauce and hot white rice provides a satisfying feeling. As a result, it often runs out of stock. In response to the trend of online shopping, the son-in-law also made the special braised pork sauce into vacuum-sealed packages for online sales, satisfying those who cannot visit in person.
