Yang Mama originally set up three umbrellas next to the Xiansheng Temple to sell braised pork rice, stinky tofu, and large intestine oyster vermicelli. Due to the authentic flavors, she attracted many loyal customers. Later, she purchased a storefront next to the Xiansheng Temple to expand her business. The braised pork sauce, carefully simmered by Yang Mama, has a traditional taste. Regulars often order a bowl of braised pork rice, as the tender and non-greasy pork and sauce paired with steaming white rice provide a satisfying feeling, often leading to high demand. In response to the trend of online shopping, her son-in-law has also packaged the special braised pork sauce into vacuum-sealed bags for online sale, catering to foodies who are unable to visit in person.
