Teh Siang Chai Western Restaurant Introduction
Te Xiang Zhai, which has a history of nearly 40 years, originally started as a famous pastry shop in Banqiao and later expanded into Western cuisine. It is one of the top dining establishments in New Taipei City's Western restaurant scene and was the first upscale Western restaurant in the region. With the recognition from the renowned Red Star ribbon-cutting and endorsements from celebrities, the restaurant has gradually polished its prestigious reputation. The elegant dining atmosphere, the unprecedented million-dollar sound system, combined with the chef's dedication to innovative and delicious dishes, as well as a commitment to fresh ingredients and textures, make every dish visually tantalizing. What’s particularly special about Te Xiang Zhai is its steak preparation. The restaurant introduces the American Moneatue professional beef grill, which cooks at a high temperature of 1800°F, completely locking in the juices for a uniquely tender texture. From appetizers to main courses to desserts, the restaurant's dedication has also earned it awards such as the Excellent Banquet Restaurant Award from the Taiwan Province and the Gold Medal at the First National Culinary Review Conference.
