Shenkeng Temple Mouth Wang Shucheng Old Shop Introduction
The restaurant was established in the 45th year of the Republic of China. It gained fame in its early years because Mr. Chiang Ching-kuo visited Shenkeng and had to try the tofu made by Chef Wang Shui-cheng, which was widely reported by the media. Later, due to the renovation of the old street, the restaurant moved from its original location. It is currently run by the second generation, who have refined Wang Shui-cheng's banquet skills into exquisite snack dishes and have further developed them as a new way to enjoy hot pot broth. The new location is bright, clean, and features elements of culture and innovation. Many foreign tourists also visit based on online recommendations.
