Shenkeng Temple Mouth Wang Shuicheng Old Shop Introduction
This restaurant was established in 1956. In its early years, it became famous because Mr. Chiang Ching-kuo frequented Shenkeng to enjoy the tofu dishes made by Chef Wang Shui-cheng, which were widely reported by the media. Due to the reconstruction of the old street, the restaurant moved from its original location. It is now operated by the second generation, who have refined Chef Wang's traditional banquet cooking skills into exquisite snacks, further developing a new way to enjoy it as a hot pot broth base. The new location is bright, clean, and features a blend of culture and innovation. Many foreign tourists visit after learning about the restaurant online.
