Shenkeng Miao Kou Wang Shui Cheng Old Store Introduction
This restaurant was established in 1956. In its early years, it became famous as Mr. Chiang Ching-kuo's must-try Dofu dish and gained widespread media coverage. Later, due to the renovation of the old street, it relocated from its original site and is now operated by the second generation. They have improved Wang Shuicheng's catering skills into refined snack styles, which have further evolved into a new way of using it as a hot pot broth base.
