Founded in 1956, our restaurant became famous in its early years when Mr. Chiang Ching-kuo frequented Shenkeng for Wang Shuicheng's tofu dishes, which were widely reported by the media. Due to the reconstruction of the old street, we moved from our original location, and it is now operated by the second generation. We have refined Wang Shuicheng's catering skills into exquisite snacks and developed new ways to enjoy our dishes as hot pot broth.
