Founded in 1956, our restaurant gained fame when Mr. Chiang Ching-kuo visited Shenkeng and enjoyed the tofu dishes prepared by Wang Shui-cheng, attracting media coverage. Due to the renovation of the old street, we relocated from our original site, and the second generation has taken over the business. They have transformed Wang Shui-cheng's banquet skills into exquisite snack offerings and developed new ways to use it as hot pot soup bases.
