Located on Yian Road and Zhong'an Street in Zhonghe, Ju-Mo Fang has two branches. The owner, Zhang Wenchuan, transitioned from being a food critic who loved to eat to becoming the owner of an Italian pasta restaurant. His exceptional skills often surprise many culinary experts. After 18 years in the construction industry, he switched careers to focus on using quality ingredients and fresh flavors that resonate with every consumer. Through tastings, learning, adjustments, and development, his continuously refined techniques are evident in every dish of perfectly chewy, al dente pasta.
