E61 Coffee Place Introduction
E61 Coffee is located next to Park No. 4 in Yonghe District. The owner, Jan Chi-Hung, has been running this shop for over eight years, and it is quite famous in the Yonghe area. Actress Lai Ya-Yen is also a regular here and has a good relationship with the owner. After filming each day, she always stops by for a cup, sometimes having up to three cups. "Because I love coffee, once I tried the coffee here, I didn’t want to drink coffee from anywhere else," she said. The E61 Coffee shop is small but attracts many customers, and sometimes there is a long line to get in. Although the interior is simple, it serves exceptional coffee. Its unassuming exterior often leads passersby to miss it if they're not paying attention. E61 Coffee does not have seating; customers either drink their coffee inside while standing or take it outside. In the evenings, the sidewalks and the park fill with coffee enthusiasts savoring their drinks. Lai Ya-Yen remarked, "You can smell the coffee aroma within a 100-meter radius." She recounted a funny incident where, after finishing her coffee, she drove off only to realize halfway home that she forgot to pay. She quickly called the owner to apologize for not paying. The owner responded in a friendly manner, saying it was okay and that it happens often, suggesting she could just settle it next time she visits.
