Hao Ji Food Court Introduction
Located on Yi-An Road in Zhonghe, Hao Ji Food House is a successful example of a roadside stall transforming into a storefront! Initially focusing on tempura as its main offering, Hao Ji started as a simple roadside stall, with daily sales around NT$2,500 to NT$3,000, which was quite tough. However, under the dedicated management of the owner, the business gained market recognition and a good reputation in just two years. They later introduced “Red Oil Dumplings” as a second main product, further boosting Hao Ji’s success. Once the business stabilized, the owner named the restaurant after himself and opened “Hao Ji Food House” on Yi-An Road, fulfilling the dream of having his own establishment. Even so, he insists on personally preparing the fillings every day, allowing customers to enjoy the fresh taste of dumplings made on the same day, which is the key element in Hao Ji’s good reputation. Recommended dishes: Red Oil Dumplings, Tempura.
