Hao Ji Restaurant Introduction
Located on Yian Road in Zhonghe, Hao Ji Food Workshop is a successful case of transforming from a "street vendor" to a store format! Initially focused on tempura, Hao Ji started as a simple roadside stall, generating a daily revenue of only around NT$2,500 to NT$3,000, which was quite challenging. However, under the diligent management of the owner, it quickly gained market presence and a good reputation within just two years. Later, they introduced "Spicy Oil Dumplings" as a second signature item, further boosting Hao Ji’s success. Once the business stabilized, the owner named the restaurant after himself and opened "Hao Ji Food Workshop" on Yian Road, finally achieving the dream of owning a store. Even so, the owner insists on personally preparing the fillings during the day so that customers can enjoy the taste of freshly made dumplings, which is a key element in Hao Ji's good reputation.
