Hao Ji Restaurant Introduction
Located on Yian Road in Zhonghe, Hao Ji Food Stall is a successful case of transforming from a "street vendor" to a storefront! Initially focused on sweet potato noodles, Hao Ji started as a simple roadside stall, generating only about NT$2,500 to NT$3,000 in sales per day. It was quite challenging, but under the diligent management of the owner, within just two years, they established a strong market presence and a good reputation. Later, they launched "red oil dumplings," which became a second signature dish, further boosting Hao Ji's success. After stabilizing the business, the owner named the restaurant after himself and opened this "Hao Ji Food Stall" on Yian Road, fulfilling the dream of having a physical store. Despite this, he insists on personally preparing the fillings every day to ensure that customers can enjoy the freshly made dumplings, which is a key factor in Hao Ji's great reputation.
