Hao Ji Food Court Introduction
Located on Yi'an Road in Zhonghe, Hao Ji Snack Bar is a successful example of a "street vendor" transforming into a restaurant! Initially focusing on sweet potato starch noodles, Hao Ji started as a simple roadside stall with a daily revenue of only around NT$2,500 to NT$3,000, which was quite challenging. However, under the owner's dedicated management, it successfully gained market recognition and a good reputation in just two years. They further launched the "Red Oil Wontons" as their second signature dish, which contributed to Hao Ji's continued success. Once the business stabilized, the owner named the restaurant after himself and opened "Hao Ji Snack Bar" on Yi'an Road, fulfilling his dream of owning a shop. Even so, he insists on personally making the fillings during the day, allowing customers to enjoy fresh wontons made on the same day, which is also a key factor in Hao Ji's great reputation. Recommended dishes: Red Oil Wontons, Sweet Potato Starch Noodles.
