Hao Ji Restaurant Introduction
Located on Yian Road in Zhonghe, Haoji Restaurant is a successful example of transforming from a "street vendor" format into a storefront! Initially focusing on sweet potato noodles, Haoji started as a simple street stall, with daily sales of only around TWD 2,500 to 3,000, which was quite challenging. However, under the careful management of the owner, it successfully established a market and a good reputation within just two years. Later, they introduced "red oil dumplings" as their second main product, further boosting Haoji's success. After stabilizing the business, the owner named the restaurant after himself and opened "Haoji Restaurant" on Yian Road, fulfilling the dream of having his own store. Nonetheless, he still insists on personally making the filling every day to ensure customers enjoy the fresh taste of hand-made dumplings, which is the key element for Haoji's good reputation.
