Taiwan, Taiji, Ru Yi Cup Snow Porcelain Series (2010 Souvenir) Introduction
Product Story: 1. Taiwan Cup: The right amount of tea leaves is placed inside the Taiwan totem. As the tea leaves expand, one can slowly see the rise of Yushan Mountain in the Central Mountain Range and the flow of tea. It offers both the joy of creation and brewing tea. 2. Ruyi Cup: The coaster is shaped like Taiwan, and the cup is designed in the shape of a Ruyi. When the appropriate amount of tea leaves is placed inside the Ruyi totem, as the tea leaves expand, one can slowly see the rise of the Ruyi and the flow of tea, representing the integration of Taiwan's indigenous culture into design. 'Ruyi' means 'satisfaction' and 'fulfillment', allowing auspicious energy to overflow into the tea. 3. Taiji Cup: When an appropriate amount of tea leaves is placed inside the Taiji totem, one can slowly see the golden yellow tea, awakening like a long-awaited rain after a drought. The process of tea leaves expanding up and down resembles the magical movements of practicing Tai Chi. Water naturally flows from the 'Yin' side to the 'Yang' side. This cup design presents a dark side and a light side, effectively conveying the Taiji Yin-Yang totem, ensuring that tea drinkers do not sip on tea leaves, while thoroughly expressing Eastern aesthetic imagery.
