The cafe is owned by "Mama Zhong," who built this establishment on her own land over four years ago. The outdoor seating area offers a leisurely experience as the white-flowering trees' blossoms gently fall around you in May, creating a poetic atmosphere. Every corner of the cafe provides a stunning view of the flower-covered mountain peaks, delivering a visual feast that is breathtaking. Mama Zhong's culinary skills are equally impressive, with her signature dish, the "Braised Pork Knuckle Set," which is slow-cooked for an hour with onions, resulting in tender texture and mouthwatering flavors that melt in your mouth, making it the most popular dish in the cafe. Additionally, the "Teriyaki Pork Chop" is marinated to perfection, with a fragrant and slightly sweet taste that is unforgettable.
