Bulo Kitchen Introduction
The name "Bulao" comes from the owner's English name "Bruce." The restaurant mainly offers Western vegetarian cuisine, and there is live singing on weekdays, fully showcasing the essence of a leisurely lifestyle. Pizza and vegetarian dishes are the signatures here, but the pesto pasta and baked rice dishes are also very popular. The chef claims that the must-try dishes include Margherita pizza, balsamic mushrooms, and Hungarian crispy potatoes. The Hungarian crispy potatoes are prepared by boiling the potatoes until partially cooked, then frying them on low heat to achieve a crispy exterior and soft interior. Afterward, onions, minced garlic, and bay leaves are sautéed, and black pepper and Hungarian paprika are added, resulting in a complex yet astonishing flavor. Another signature dish, balsamic mushrooms, is made with high-quality mushrooms sautéed with garlic and seasoned with aged balsamic vinegar. It is both delicious and healthy, making it a must-try for many connoisseurs.
