Emperor's Nourishing Red-Faced Ginger Duck (Founding Old Shop) Introduction
Emperor's Health Supplement was founded by Zhengde Di under an unexpected set of circumstances after receiving a traditional herbal recipe for health nourishment from an old acquaintance. With a heart full of gratitude to share, the first Emperor's Health Supplement Ginger Duck restaurant in Taiwan was established in 1981. The pale yellow lanterns and the aroma of health supplements attracted customers in droves, creating a unique dining culture in Taiwan centered around sharing delicious food together. Over the past 30 years, the restaurant has undergone multiple transformations and changes, expanding its offerings from a single dish of ginger duck with rice wine to a diverse range of seasonal health pots. Driven by the desire to share health and warmth, the commitment to improving service and quality remains unchanged. "Human warmth" is the most precious specialty of Taiwan, as well as the most treasured secret of Emperor's Health Supplement! Since 2005, Emperor's Health Supplement has ventured beyond Taiwan, establishing multiple branches overseas in hopes of sharing this authentic Taiwanese flavor internationally and becoming a globally recognized unique taste of Taiwan.
