Emperor's Nourishing Meals was founded by Zeng Zhengde, who serendipitously received a traditional recipe for emperor's medicinal cuisine from an old friend. With a heart full of gratitude and a desire to share, he established the first emperor's ginger duck restaurant in Taiwan in 1981. The golden lanterns and the fragrant aroma of nourishing food attracted crowds of customers, creating a unique dining culture among Taiwanese people, who love to gather and enjoy good food together. Over the past thirty years, the restaurant has undergone multiple transformations, expanding its offerings from a single dish of ginger duck with rice wine to a diverse range of health-focused hot pot dishes that change with the seasons. However, the original commitment to sharing health and spreading warmth has remained unchanged. The essence of 'human touch' is the most precious specialty of Taiwan, and it is also the most valuable secret of Emperor's Nourishing Meals! Since 2005, Emperor's Nourishing Meals has expanded beyond Taiwan, establishing several branches overseas with the hope of sharing this authentic Taiwanese flavor with the world and becoming a globally recognized unique taste of Taiwan.
