Emperor's Nourishment was founded by Zhengde Tiangong, who, by chance, received the healthy recipe for Emperor's Nourishing Herbal Duck from an old acquaintance. With a grateful heart, he started the first Emperor's Nourishment Ginger Duck restaurant in Taiwan in 1981. The goose-yellow lanterns and the aroma of nourishing dishes attracted crowds of customers, creating a unique dining culture in Taiwan where people gather around to enjoy good food. Over the past 30 years, the restaurant has undergone multiple transformations and changes, evolving from a single focus on ginger duck with rice wine to a diversified menu of healthful hot pot dishes that change with the seasons. However, the commitment to sharing health and spreading warmth, along with the original intention to enhance service and quality, has remained unchanged.
