Zhou's Father Fashion Bakery Introduction
Founded by Zhou Laoba by the Xindian River, Xindian River is one of the sources of the Tamsui River and the origin of early culture in the Greater Taipei area. It starts from the Wulai mountainous area, passing through Swallow Lake, Bitan, Jingmei, and Gongguan, converging at Banqiao before flowing into the Tamsui River towards the sea. Zhou Laoba, who grew up by the river, spent his childhood chasing butterflies, playing with tadpoles, and catching dragonflies, always returning home dirty from his adventures. Growing up in a family of pastry makers, he helped out during festivals and holidays, where he began learning to bake and developed a down-to-earth work ethic. He studied Electronic Engineering in college, but after graduation, he decisively left a high-paying job to inherit his father’s craft. He obtained the highest baking certification and founded "Zhou Laoba Fashion Bakery," focusing on marketing and packaging products while insisting on combining traditional quality and attitude with modern creativity and culture. Initially, they relied on online sales, creating a buzz that established them as a top brand in group buying and local specialty stores. Zhou Laoba's relentless spirit aims to prove that being born in the 1970s doesn't mean you're just a fleeting trend; with effort, everyone can be an enduring diamond.
