The Wenshan Tea District is surrounded by mountains and is blessed with a unique latitude and longitude. With distinct seasons, the climate is moist and cool throughout the year, with abundant rainfall and fertile land, making it suitable for tea tree cultivation. Currently, the tea garden covers over 1,390 hectares, growing excellent varieties such as Qingxin Oolong. The production of Wenshan Pouchong tea is of exceptional quality, with an annual output of approximately one million kilograms, earning it the title of a treasure among teas. The precious Wenshan Pouchong tea is made from tender tea buds that are carefully processed. Its appearance is tightly rolled into strips, with naturally curled leaf tips and young branches intertwined, displaying a beautiful dark green color. The tea soup is a honey-green with a golden hue, bright and pleasing to the eye. The flavor is rich and dense, with an aromatic fragrance that lingers pleasantly. It goes down smoothly with a refreshing finish and leaves a lasting aftertaste, emphasizing the importance of aroma in tea; the higher the fragrance, the better the quality.
