Chou's Family Traditional Black Vinegar Noodles Introduction
Located at the intersection of Mingde Road and Ren'ai Road in Tucheng District, Zhou's Traditional Black Vinegar Dry Noodles has been in operation for just over a year. However, due to owner Zhou Lianchun's years of expertise in making soup dumplings and his unique research on various culinary delights, he decided to open his own shop in Tucheng. In addition to his signature soup dumplings, he offers a surprisingly delightful black vinegar noodle dish made with aged vinegar. This has quickly become a favorite snack among local residents, attracting many food enthusiasts as well.
