The owner of Xiangdu Bakery, Li Zongyi, hails from Yunlin. He and his brother learned to make pastries together and later moved north to open a bakery, starting from scratch to make a living before eventually opening their own shops. The bakery's master maker, Wang Zhilong, is also a skilled pastry chef from Chiayi, with over twenty years of rich experience. He has high standards for product quality and has developed many different products in collaboration with the owner. The shop's egg yolk pastry comes in various flavors and has gained great popularity and acclaim! Xiangdu Bakery's "Jade White Vegetarian Egg Yolk Pastry" is the only vegetarian egg yolk pastry among the 15 finalists in this year's egg yolk pastry festival competition.
