Guting Riverside Park Introduction
Guting Riverside Park is located between Yongfu Bridge and Zhongzheng Bridge, covering an area of approximately 27.3 hectares with vast green spaces. Cyclists can enter the park by riding from Siyuan Street towards the Waterworks Museum. The slope is cleverly planted with shrubs arranged to form the words "Guting Riverside Park." On summer afternoons, it provides a breezy retreat away from the scorching sun, with comprehensive sports facilities such as tennis courts, basketball courts, and a skating rink available for public use. Those who love to play ball here know that there are two adjacent tennis courts under shared shade, making it ideal for competitions without being exposed to the sun. Under Yongfu Bridge, there is a climbing practice area and children's play equipment, with thick protective mats under the slides, showcasing the city's thoughtful design. The climbing wall is about three meters high, perfect for kids to practice climbing and build their strength. Taking children here in summer for a cool retreat and playtime is a great option. The park's bicycle path is well-lit and well-planned, making it a popular spot for night rides, especially in the summertime.
