Guting Riverside Park Introduction
Guting Riverside Park is located between Yongfu Bridge and Zhongzheng Bridge, covering an area of approximately 27.3 hectares with vast green spaces. Biking along Siyuan Street towards the Water Museum leads you to the entrance of the park, where a slope planted with shrubs cleverly forms the words "Guting Riverside Park". On a summer afternoon, it's a great escape from the scorching sun to enjoy the breeze here. The park is equipped with a full range of sports facilities, including tennis courts, basketball courts, and a skating rink. Friends who love playing ball know that there are two adjoining tennis courts sharing a shaded area, making it perfect for competitions without the harsh sun exposure. Under the Yongfu Bridge, there is a rock climbing practice area and children's play facilities with thick protective mats under the slides, showcasing the thoughtful design of the city government. The climbing wall is about three meters high, suitable for children to climb and train their strength. Bringing kids here to escape the summer heat and play is a great choice. The park's bike path is well-lit and well-planned; especially on summer nights, it becomes a popular spot for night rides.
