Guting Riverside Park Introduction
Gutein Riverside Park is located between Yongfu Bridge and Zhongzheng Bridge, covering an area of approximately 27.3 hectares with extensive green spaces. You can enter the park by cycling along Siyuan Street towards the Water Museum. Thoughtfully arranged shrubs on the slope spell "Gutein Riverside Park". On summer afternoons, it’s a perfect spot to escape the heat and enjoy the breeze, as the park offers various sports facilities including tennis courts, basketball courts, and a skating rink. Regular players know that there are two adjacent tennis courts which share shade, making it ideal for competitions without exposing players to harsh sunlight. Under Yongfu Bridge, there's a climbing practice area and children’s playground, equipped with thick protective mats under the slide, reflecting the city government’s considerate design. The climbing wall stands about three meters high, suitable for children to climb and build their strength. Taking your kids here for a summer getaway and playtime is a great choice. The park's bicycle path is well-lit and well-planned, making it a popular spot for night cycling in the summer evenings. During winter and spring, Gutein Riverside Park features large beautiful flower fields that resemble a dreamy floral blanket spread across the park, along with many love-themed installation arts for visitors to take great photos. In 2022, a "Gutein Dog Activity Area" was added to the park, covering an area of 703 square meters, equipped with safety fences and double gates for enhanced protection, as well as various basic facilities, making it perfect for everyone to take their furry friends out to play.
