Guting Riverside Park Introduction
GuTing Riverside Park is located between Yongfu Bridge and Zhongzheng Bridge, with a park area of approximately 27.3 hectares and spacious greenery. Bikers can enter the park by riding along Siyuan Street towards the Water Museum. The sloped walkways are arranged with shrubs that creatively spell out "GuTing Riverside Park." On a summer afternoon, it’s a great escape from the scorching sun, where you can enjoy a breeze. The park is equipped with a full range of sports facilities, including tennis courts, basketball courts, and a skating rink. Regular visitors who enjoy playing sports here know that there are two adjacent tennis courts that share shade, making them ideal for competitions without being exposed to the harsh sun. Under the Yongfu Bridge, there’s a rock climbing practice area and children's play facilities, with thick protective mats beneath the slides, showcasing the city's thoughtful design. The climbing wall is about three meters high, suitable for children to climb and train their strength. Taking your kids here for a summer break and play is a wonderful option. The park's bike paths are well lit and well-planned, especially on summer nights when it becomes a popular spot for night biking. In winter and spring, GuTing Riverside Park boasts vast fields of beautiful flowers, resembling a dreamy floral carpet laid out across the park. Additionally, various art installations themed around "love" have been set up for visitors to take beautiful photos. In 2022, a "GuTing Dog Activity Area" was added to the park, covering an area of 703 square meters. The facility includes safety fences and double gates for enhanced security, along with various basic amenities, making it a perfect place for everyone to bring their furry friends to enjoy and play.
