Our signature dish is the unique "Mine Chicken" from Jiufen, which is prepared using a tea-smoking technique. The chicken skin is slightly yellow and carries a smoky aroma with a hint of saltiness, while the meat is tender and almost melts in your mouth – the Mine Chicken is incredibly delicious. We also offer the crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside "Golden Brick Tofu," and the aromatic "Braised Pork Rice." The braised pork is cooked to the perfect tenderness, topped with a slightly sweet braising sauce, and served with crunchy and flavorful pickled radish, making it truly irresistible.
