Our signature dish is the unique "Mine Chicken" from Jiufen, prepared using a method that involves tea smoking. The chicken skin is slightly yellow and has a smoky aroma with a hint of saltiness, while the meat is tender and soft, almost melting in your mouth – the Mine Chicken is incredibly delicious. We also offer the crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside "Golden Brick Tofu" and the fragrant "Braised Pork Rice," where the braised pork is cooked to the perfect tenderness, topped with a slightly sweet braising sauce, and served with crunchy, flavorful pickled radish that is utterly irresistible.
