Our signature dish is the unique "Mine Chicken" from Jiufen, prepared in a similar manner to tea-smoking, with slightly yellowed chicken skin that offers a smoky aroma and a hint of saltiness. The meat is tender and almost melts in your mouth, making the Mine Chicken incredibly delicious. We also offer crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside "Golden Brick Tofu," and the fragrant "Braised Pork Rice," where the braised pork is stewed to the perfect tenderness, drizzled with a slightly sweet braising sauce, and served with crispy and flavorful pickled radish.
