Thai Payoon Thai Cuisine Introduction
Located on Section 3 of Xitun Road in Taichung, the Exotic Cuisine Area features Thai Fei Yuan, a representative of Thai cuisine. Generally, Thai food is perceived as very sour, very spicy, and heavily flavored, which is a deep-rooted notion in the minds of Taiwanese people. However, at Thai Fei Yuan, the chef, who has been in the Thai culinary scene for over a decade, understands what food lovers desire and seeks to make some changes in Thai cuisine. With a different perspective from the norm, he decided to open his own restaurant to realize his dream and provide Thai food enthusiasts with a brand new experience.
