Lotus Garden Lotus Product DIY Tourism Factory Introduction
The bakery was established in 1972. Later, with policies promoting local industries, the "One Town, One Product" initiative emerged, leading to the establishment of the Baihe Lotus Flower Festival, which has been serving as a platform for presenting processed lotus seed products for 15 years, with more than 40 varieties. Due to the need for a workplace and visitor participation, in 2003, the lotus garden agricultural processing factory was established to allow visitors to observe the production of lotus seed products. In 2010, with policies advocating rice food, the factory comprehensively developed 100% flour-free baked rice products, now with 16 mature varieties, including rice bread, which surpasses the quality and texture of advanced countries. On August 5, the launch event was held in the first-floor hall of the Council of Agriculture, receiving unanimous praise from the Agricultural Products Administration, the Grain Institute, and various organizations.
