Lotus Garden Lotus Product DIY Tour Factory Introduction
The bakery was established in 1972. Later, with the promotion of local industries through policy initiatives, the "One Township, One Product" program emerged, coinciding with the launch of the Baihe Lotus Festival. For 15 years, it has offered lotus seed processed products as local gifts, with over 40 varieties available. Due to the demand for workplace and tourist visits, the lotus garden agricultural processing factory was established in 2003, allowing tourists to observe the production of lotus seed products. In 2010, policy promotion of rice-based foods led to comprehensive research and development of 100% flour-free baked rice products, resulting in 16 mature products. The quality and texture of the rice buns (bread) surpass those of advanced countries. On August 5, a presentation was held in the first-floor hall of the Council of Agriculture, receiving unanimous praise from the Agricultural Food Agency, the Grain Research Institute, and various organizations.
