Lotus Pool Garden Lotus Products DIY Tourism Factory Introduction
The bakery was established in 1972, and with the promotion of local industries, the "One Town, One Product" initiative emerged, leading to the establishment of the Baihe Lotus Festival, which has been held for 15 years, featuring over 40 types of processed lotus seed products as gifts. In response to the needs of the workplace and visitor tours, a lotus garden agricultural processing factory was established in 2003, allowing tourists to see the production of lotus seed products. In 2010, policies promoting rice-based foods encouraged the factory to extensively research and develop baked rice products made with 100% flour-free ingredients. Currently, there are 16 mature products, including rice buns (bread) that surpass the quality and taste of those from advanced countries. On August 5, a presentation was held in the lobby of the Council of Agriculture's first floor, receiving unanimous praise from the Agricultural and Food Agency, the Grain Research Institute, and other organizations.
