Lotus Garden Lotus Products DIY Tourism Factory Introduction
The bakery was established in 1972, and later, with policies promoting local industries, the concept of “one township, one product” emerged. The Baihe Lotus Festival was initiated, and for 15 years, it has featured lotus seed processing products as gifts, with over 40 varieties. Due to the needs of the workplace and tourist visits, a lotus garden agricultural processing factory was established in 2003, allowing visitors to observe the production of lotus seed products. In 2010, policies promoting rice products led the factory to comprehensively redevelop baked rice foods made 100% without flour. Currently, there are 16 mature products, including rice buns (bread), which surpass those from advanced countries in quality and texture. On August 5, a presentation was held in the lobby of the Council of Agriculture, receiving unanimous praise from the Agricultural and Food Agency, the Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute, and various organizations.
