Lotus Pond Garden Lotus Products DIY Tourist Factory Introduction
The bakery was established in 1972 and later benefited from policies promoting local industries, leading to the rise of the "One Township, One Product" initiative. The Baihe Lotus Festival was introduced, alongside the processing of lotus seeds into gifts, with a variety of over 40 products now available for 15 years. In response to the needs of the workplace and tourists, a lotus garden agricultural processing facility was established in 2003, allowing visitors to observe the production of lotus seed products. In 2010, the policy encouraged rice-based foods, and this facility comprehensively redeveloped 100% flour-free baked rice products, now featuring 16 mature products, including rice buns that surpass the quality and texture of those from advanced countries. On August 5th, there was a presentation in the lobby of the Council of Agriculture, where it received unanimous praise from the Agricultural and Food Agency, the Grain Research Institute, and various other entities.
