Zhumen Yuxue Bingzhi Store Introduction
Yushue Ice Shop's "Red Bean Milk Ice" uses locally produced red beans from Taiwan, which are darker red in color, have thinner skins, and are aromatic; the lotus seeds used in "Lotus Seed Ice" and "Lotus Seed Popsicle" are produced in Baihe. At the end of the lotus viewing season, the agricultural association sends the lotus seeds to the shop, which are wrapped in newspaper and refrigerated for later use, so there are "Lotus Seed Popsicles" and "Lotus Seed Ice" available year-round.
