Qingzi Sausage and Cooked Meat Introduction
Sausage and cooked meat is a unique aspect of the culinary culture in Fucheng. The stall offers more than ten kinds of cold dishes, including large intestines, crab meat balls, pig liver, rice blood cake, and fish meat, among others. The owner, Hsu Ching-Tzu, has been operating at the most famous stone grinding snack city in Tainan since 50 years ago with her parents. Although time has flown by, the sausage and cooked meat remain just as delicious, along with the old dipping board that has been used for 50 years.
