Qingzi Sausage and Cooked Meat Introduction
Sausage and cooked meat are unique aspects of the dining culture in Fucheng. The stall offers over ten types of cold dishes, including large intestine, crab meatballs, pork liver, rice blood cake, and fish meat. The owner, Ms. Hsu Ching-Tzu, has been running her business at Tainan's most famous Shijinjiu Snack City alongside her parents for 50 years. Although time has flown by, the sausage and cooked meat remain just as delicious, and the old dipping board that has been in use for 50 years remains unchanged.
