Qingzi Sausage & Cooked Meat Introduction
Sausage and cooked meat is a unique culinary culture in Fucheng, featuring over 10 types of cold dishes available at the stall, including large intestines, crab meatballs, pig liver, rice blood cake, and processed fish meat, among others. The owner, Hsu Ching-Tzu, has been in business at the most famous Shijingjiao Dim Sum City in Tainan since 50 years ago with her parents. Although time has flown by, the sausage and cooked meat remain just as delicious, along with the old dipping board that has been used for 50 years.
