Qingzi Sausage and Cooked Meat Introduction

Sausage and cooked meat is a unique culinary culture of Fucheng, with over 10 types of cold dishes displayed at the stall, including large intestine, crab meatball, pig liver, blood rice cake, and fish kill meat, among others. The owner, Hsu Ching-Tzu, has been operating in the most famous Shijingjiao Snack City in Tainan City since 50 years ago with her parents. Although time flies, the sausage and cooked meat remain equally delicious, and the old dipping board that has been used for 50 years remains unchanged.
