Qingzi Sausage and Cooked Meat Introduction
Sausage and cooked meat are unique aspects of the culinary culture in Fucheng. The stall offers more than 10 types of cold dishes, including large intestines, crab meatballs, pig liver, rice blood cakes, and fish meat. The owner, Xu Qingzi, has been operating in the most famous Shijin Jiu Snack City in Tainan City for 50 years alongside her parents. Although time flies, the sausage and cooked meat remain delicious, just as the old dipping board that has been used for 50 years remains unchanged.
