Qingzi Sausage and Cooked Meat Introduction
Sausage and cooked meat is a unique dietary culture of Fucheng, featuring more than ten types of cold dishes such as large intestine, crab meat balls, pig liver, rice blood cake, and fish meat. The owner, Hsu Ching-tzu, has been operating at the famous Shijinfang Snack City in Tainan City since she followed her parents there 50 years ago. Although time has flown by, the sausage and cooked meat remain delicious, as does the old dipping board that has been in use for 50 years.
