Shih's Lamb Introduction
Shi's Lamb operates in the Guiren Public Market for over forty years and is a well-established snack stall. The lamb dishes offered are simple yet delicious, featuring fresh and generous portions. The signature dish, Angelica Lamb Soup, boasts a unique broth that is rich and simmered from a proprietary blend of various Chinese herbs, resulting in a sweet, non-greasy, and smooth taste that is favored by many customers. Additionally, traditional dishes such as lamb noodles, rice noodles, and fried rice are also quite popular. Shi's Lamb stall was certified by the Nanying Food Certification in 2008 and was selected as a Master of Taiwan Markets by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, recognized as a "Shining Stall." In 2010, it was further awarded a three-star rating from the Ministry of Economic Affairs under the Leisure Market Master Stall category, making it the only three-star market stall in Tainan County, showcasing the strength of this long-standing lamb stall.
