Shijia Lamb Introduction
Shi's Lamb has been operating for over forty years in the Guiren Public Market and is a well-established snack stall. The lamb dishes offered are simple, with fresh and generous portions. The shop's signature dish, the Angelica and Lamb Soup, features a unique broth that is rich and simmered with a proprietary blend of various Chinese herbs, resulting in a sweet taste that is neither greasy nor astringent, making it a popular choice among customers. Other dishes like lamb noodles, rice noodles, and fried rice, all prepared with traditional ingredients, are also well-received. In 2008, Shi's Lamb was certified by the Nanying Food Association and was selected as a Master of Taiwanese Markets by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, recognized as a "Shining Stall." In 2010, it received the three-star status as a popular stall in the Leho Market from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, being the only three-star stall in the former Tainan County, showcasing the strength of this well-established lamb stall.
