Shijia Lamb Introduction
Shi's Lamb has been operating in the Guiren Public Market for over forty years and is known as an old brand snack stall. The lamb dishes offered are simple, featuring fresh meat with generous portions. The shop's signature dish, the Dong Quai Lamb Soup, has a unique broth that is rich and prepared using a proprietary blend of various Chinese herbs, resulting in a sweet, non-greasy taste that is widely loved by customers. Other popular dishes prepared with traditional ingredients include lamb noodles, rice vermicelli, and fried rice. Shi's Lamb stall received the Nanying Food Certification in 2008 and was selected as a Master of Taiwanese Market by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, recognized as a "Light of Famous Stalls." In 2010, it was awarded a three-star rating from the Ministry of Economic Affairs as a Distinguished Stall in the Living Market, making it the only three-star market stall in Tainan County, showcasing the strength of this old brand lamb stall.
