Ming Hsin Food - Guiren Store Introduction

Ming Hsin Foods was established in 1962, opening a grocery store named Ming Hsin Foods near National Cheng Kung University and Tainan First Senior High School (currently at the intersection of Changrong Road and Dongning Road). The owner, Mr. Hsu Chun-Hsiung (now the chairman), foresaw the impact of Western pastries on dietary habits in Taiwan. With forward-thinking insight, he attended the Taipei Nangang Bakery School (now the Chinese Cereals Research Institute) to learn baking knowledge and techniques, gradually transforming the grocery store into a specialty shop for Western pastries. Accompanying the development of Tainan East District, Ming Hsin Foods was officially reorganized into "Ming Hsin Foods Corporation" in 1989 (Year 78 of the Republic of China). "Ming Yue Dang Chuang, Hua Bing Di; Xin Ren Lin Jing, Yan Shuang Fei," Ming Hsin Foods, guided by its long-standing experience in baking, has witnessed countless moments of happiness and heritage. Every product incorporates the heartfelt efforts of our master bakers, and we hope you can appreciate our persistence and savor every bit of happiness in our offerings.
