Ming Hsin Food - Guiren Store Introduction
Ming Hsin Foods was founded in 1962, establishing a grocery store near National Cheng Kung University and Tainan First High School (currently at the intersection of Changrong Road and Dongning Road). The store was run by Mr. Hsu Jun-Hsiung (currently the chairman), who, recognizing that Western pastries would change the dietary habits of the nation, took a forward-looking approach by going to Taipei Nangang Bakery School (now the Grain Research Institute) to learn baking knowledge and skills. The grocery store gradually transformed into a specialty store for Western pastries, and in 1989, it was officially reorganized as "Ming Hsin Foods Co., Ltd." in response to the development of the East District of Tainan City. "Like the moon shining through the window and flowers blooming in pairs, the new couple flies as a pair," Ming Hsin Foods draws from its long-standing experience in confectionery to create countless moments of happiness and heritage.
