Yi Wang Noodle Introduction
Yi Wang Braised Noodles, with a history of 60 years, are made by sautéing scallions, shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp, pork, and garlic. The mixture is then combined with Guan Miao noodles and meat thick soup, and thickened with sweet potato flour, garnished with minced garlic and cilantro. The noodles are aromatic, chewy, and full of flavor.
