Duck King Introduction

The owner of Erzhen Duck King, Li Mingzong, was originally a chicken farmer but became aware of the manipulation of chicken prices by chicken dealers, who were exploiting farmers. The profit margin for chicken farmers was limited, and during price downturns, they faced significant losses. Therefore, Li made the bold decision to leave the chicken farming industry after many years and switched to selling snacks. As someone inexperienced in the snack business, Li had relatives in Fengshan District who sold duck noodle dishes and other snacks. He traveled there specifically to learn, and with his relatives' generous mentoring, Li acquired the skills to make duck noodle dishes. He returned home and established "Duck King" at the current location in Erzhen, beginning his journey in selling duck noodle dishes. Erzhen Duck King mainly sells duck meat, duck intestines, duck vermicelli, and duck noodles. The duck meat at Duck King is sourced from local Muscovy ducks that are raised for 65 to 70 days. The ducks are processed and marinated before being roasted in a pot without any water, relying solely on skill for the cooking process. The duck intestines are crispy and flavorful.
