Erzhen Duck King mainly sells duck meat, duck intestines, duck vermicelli, and duck noodles. The duck meat at Duck King comes from local ducks raised for 65 to 70 days, which are processed and then dried in a special cooking vessel without water, relying entirely on cooking skills. The duck intestines are crispy and flavorful.
