Duck King Introduction
The owner of Erzhen Duck King, Li Mingzong, was originally a chicken farmer, but due to the manipulation of chicken prices by chicken vendors and the exploitation that ensued, he found the profits for chicken farmers to be limited. During downturns, he faced significant losses, prompting him to decisively abandon his years in the chicken farming business and turn to selling snacks. With no background in snacks, Li Mingzong had a relative in Fengshan District who sold duck meat noodles and other snacks. He traveled specifically to learn from his relative and, through their generous instruction, Li Mingzong mastered the skills of making duck meat noodles. Upon returning home, he opened "Duck King" at the current site in Erzhen and began his journey selling duck meat noodles. Erzhen Duck King primarily sells duck meat, duck intestines, duck winter noodles, and duck meat noodles. The duck meat at Duck King comes from local ducks raised for sixty-five to seventy days, and after processing, it is marinated and roasted in a pot without adding water, relying solely on skill for the cooking process. The duck intestines are fragrant and crispy.
