Duck King Introduction
The owner of Er Zhen Duck King, Lee Ming-Chung, originally worked as a chicken farmer. However, feeling the manipulation of chicken prices by traders and the exploitation of chicken farmers, who earn limited profits and face total losses during low price periods, he resolutely abandoned his years of chicken farming and switched to selling street food. As a newcomer to the street food industry, Lee Ming-Chung had relatives selling duck meat noodles and other snacks in Fengshan District, so he traveled there to learn. With his relatives' generous teaching, he mastered the skills of making duck meat noodles and returned home to establish "Duck King" in Er Zhen, starting his career in selling duck meat noodles. Er Zhen Duck King focuses on selling duck meat, duck intestines, duck vermicelli, and duck meat noodles. The duck meat is sourced from local Muscovy ducks that are raised for 65 to 70 days, cleaned, and then dried roasted in a pot without water, relying solely on skill for cooking. The duck intestines are crispy and flavorful.
