A-Hsing 168 Smoked Tea Goose Introduction
The smoking process begins with stuffing specially blended spices into the goose, which is then hung in a smoker. At the bottom of the smoker, there is a baking oven equipped with a steel mesh where tea leaves and secondary sugar are placed. Charcoal is burned to create air circulation within the stove, allowing the fragrant tea and sugar sweetness to penetrate the goose. The smoking time is approximately 20 minutes, after which the goose is ready. The finished smoked tea goose is golden yellow, with a rich aroma that is tantalizing.
