Triumph Restaurant Introduction
In 1997, the Guantian District Farmers' Association aimed to breathe new life into water chestnuts by combining local culture and historical heritage. From October 5 to October 12, the first Guantian Water Chestnut Festival was held, featuring a "Water Chestnut Feast" where reservations were accepted for table settings at the lakeside of Hulupi. During the event, more than 50,000 people flocked to the area, and the "Water Chestnut Feast" gained fame throughout Taiwan.
