Triumph Restaurant Introduction
In 1997, the Guantian District Farmers' Association organized the first Guantian Water Chestnut Festival from October 5 to October 12 to breathe new life into water chestnuts, combining local culture and historical heritage. During the festival, they launched the "Water Chestnut Feast," where reservations could be made for table service, and the tables were set up by the Huluping. The event attracted over 50,000 visitors, and the "Water Chestnut Feast" became famous throughout Taiwan.
