Triumph Restaurant Introduction
In 1997, the Guantian District Farmers' Association organized the first Guantian Water Chestnut Festival from October 5 to October 12 to breathe new life into water chestnuts while integrating local culture and history. During this event, they also launched the "Water Chestnut Feast," where tables were arranged for large group dining, held by the shore of Hulu Lake. Over 50,000 people attended during the event, making the "Water Chestnut Feast" famous throughout Taiwan.
