Triumph Restaurant Introduction
In 1997, the Guantian District Farmers' Association organized the first Guantian Water Chestnut Festival from October 5 to October 12 to rejuvenate the water chestnut through a combination of local culture, history, and customs. They introduced the "Water Chestnut Feast," which allowed external reservations for tables, held by the Hulupi ponds. During the event, over 50,000 visitors were attracted, and the "Water Chestnut Feast" became well-known throughout Taiwan.
