Changchun Healthy Vegetarian Restaurant Chain's General Manager, Zhang Baoren, comes from a family that sells vegetables. While studying at Cheng Kung University Affiliated Senior High School, he worked part-time and later washed dishes at a buffet restaurant to help his family finances. Zhang Baoren, who was once an apprentice at a Sichuan restaurant, later refrained from killing animals due to his beliefs and his grandmother's advice to pursue vegetarian cuisine. After completing his military service, he continued to engage in the restaurant industry. Driven by his passion for the culinary arts, he started washing dishes and obtained the Level C and Level B cooking certifications in Chinese cuisine. Eventually, he started his own business and became an owner, mastering all restaurant-related processes. His commitment surpasses that of ordinary operators, allowing Changchun Healthy Vegetarian Restaurant to carve out a unique "Lohas" style among vegetarian restaurants.
